Eligibility and Timeline for Returns

You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us and obtain a return authorization number (RMA). 

Return Process:

Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. For defective products, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive the product and it is found to be defective, we will refund your payment or offer to replace the defective item.For non-defective items, customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item. Once we receive the item and it’s in shown to be unused, we will issue a refund within 14 days.

Return Conditions:

• All authorized returns must be in their original form and packaging. Items showing signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

• The return must be received within 14 days from the date the RMA was issued.

• We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
