Eligibility and Timeline for Returns
You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us and obtain a return authorization number (RMA).
Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. For defective products, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive the product and it is found to be defective, we will refund your payment or offer to replace the defective item.For non-defective items, customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item. Once we receive the item and it’s in shown to be unused, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
All authorized returns must be in their original form and packaging. Items showing signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
The return must be received within 14 days from the date the RMA was issued.
We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
